Can a muslim wear a dream catcher around his/her neck ?

I just bought a dream catcher and i love to wear it around my neck as a necklace . Native Americans believe that the dream catcher would catch bad dreams while we're asleep . But of course , i don't believe in it as i only believe in the power of Almighty Allah s.w.t . I want to wear it because it looks nice . But , as a muslim , can i still wear it ?
