Florida water cologne for cooling off?

I am wondering if any of you know of where I can purchase Florida water cologne. I will be using it this weekend for my son who is playing baseball. It gets really hot outside and he's a catcher, so he needs all of the cooling off he can get. Can this be picked up at Walmart or a drug store?
