Is this a stupid baseball coach?

my brother made the all star baseball team and their are 4 coaches. the head coach put his son at shortstop, the other coaches put their sons at 3B, 2B, and 1B. my brother was the catcher and the rest of the kids were outfielders. my pbrother shouldve been the shortstop. the coaches son made too many errors. the sad thing is, at the first practice, not every kid got an equal chance. he just put his son there. even before the first practice, he said my brother would be catcher
