What to do about an unfair coach?

Our select baseball team is made up of two towns. The coaches are all from the other town and the head coach is benching me because "I know my catcher better than I know you" That is his reason for benching me. This kid sucks he can't hit or catch. He's afraid to get on his knees and block the ball and yet the coach starts him because he likes him more than me. What should I do to get my starting position back.
