What are good skin care products for a seventeen year old that plays softball?

I don't really know anything about skin care. I have dry skin and i break out all the time and I get a lot of blackheads. I play softball and I am a catcher so I have a lot of dirt in my face a lot. What are some good skin care products that I could use that aren't too expensive? Should I use a wash, scrub, moisturizer,...? I really have no idea, so help is very much appreciated. Thanks
