Can i get a Ziva David/Cote De Pablo perm?

Ok if you watch NCIS you know Ziva David. And if you've watched since she first came on you know that she used to wear her hair down and naturally curly all the time. She doesn't keep it curly, or down very often anymore. I was wondering if it was possible to get a perm to make my hair look just like her naturally curly hair. Cote has wavy long curls i guess. I have never done anything with my hair, like dying or perming. So i dont exactly know what to ask for. My hair is thick(but not as thick as Cote's), dark blonde, comes just past my shoulders, and straight with slight wave. And i'm not stupid. I know you can get all kinds of perms, and im sure one looks like her natural curls. I'm just wondering what kind of perm, and if i can get a perm as close to her hair as possble. Todah(Thanks)
