Has a game ever ended on a ball thrown away by the catcher back to the pitcher?

So, because of the way last night's Mets game ended, I was thinking about horrible ways to lose a game. And I was wondering if a game was ever lost by a catcher throwing the ball away when he was just trying to give it back to the pitcher after a pitch.
