I HAVE NO LIFE AT ALL!!?

I um, don't have a life. I don't hang out with anyone. I play runescape all day. I wouldnt say I'm fat but I'm overweight. I can't wake up in the morning. When i go outside, I feel paranoid of all the huge ******* bugs jumping in my face. I honestly feel like god is trying to freak my *** out. I'm ******* paranoid. I feel like these bugs are trying to kill me. So I cant go outside. But I need to get in shape for volleyball nest month!! I just cant get out of bed, go outside, or stop playing runescape!! HELP
