What is the part of the beef called "spencer". My butcher told me its the name of the steak he cut me?

Been eating beef for 52 years now and done some butchering myself...this is the very first time I've ever heard of a cut of beef called a 'Spencer'.....you sure your butcher doesn't moonlight for the jeffery daumer fan club??????
